Dexcom Inc. in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee the preparation, testing, and analysis of chemical solutions, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

You will lead a team of Manufacturing Associates, manage inventory, and coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing and QA teams to improve wet solution preparations while maintaining safety standards. Weekend shifts may be required.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 5–8 years in a related industrial role.
• Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced, regulated production environment.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Word and Outlook; general computer skills.
• Ability to write routine reports and pass downs; GDP familiarity.
• Knowledge of standard laboratory practices, including handling hazardous chemicals.
• Strong communication, organization, teamwork and deadline-driven mindset.

Providing support in setting up the in-process testing line with the chemical solution prepared and ensuring zero setup error.
