Job summary

Dexcom Inc. in Penang, Malaysia, seeks an experienced Test Lab Equipment Technician to perform preventive and reparative maintenance on lab instruments and fixtures used in CGM reliability testing.

You will troubleshoot production equipment, manage PM/CM documents, IQ/OQ activities, and support equipment qualifications across multiple testing modalities such as HPLC, GPC, SIMS, DSC, FTIR. Candidates should have 6–8 years of related experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of related experience.
• Experience with hazardous chemical handling.
• Familiar with PM/CM documentation and IQ/OQ processes.
• Willingness to work all shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive and reparative maintenance on test lab equipment and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot and maintain test lab production equipment; perform moves and setups.
• Maintain PM/CM documents, pass-downs, and track-work orders; perform IQ/OQ’s.
• Support equipment qualifications and testing (FESEM, HPLC, GPC, SIMS, DSC, FTIR) and data analysis.
