Job summary

Dexcom, a global leader in CGM, seeks a Production Leader in Penang to build and guide a high‑performance team. You will set priorities, mentor supervisors, and champion safety and quality in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional partners to meet deliverables, drive improvements, and support new product introductions. A Bachelor’s degree with 6–8 years of experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 6–8 years of industry experience.
• Formal management/team lead experience is required.
• Experience leading production teams with focus on delivery, cost and quality.

Responsibilities

• Set goals and priorities for the production team.
• Lead the production team to deliver pre‑agreed deliverables with leadership.
• Mentor and develop supervisors and team members.
• Ensure Safety and Quality are priority across production.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional partners to deliver results.
• Drive continuous improvements in quality, cost, delivery and safety.
