Qualifications

• Experience in high volume manufacturing, medical device preferred.
• Experience with process validation and health authority inspections.
• Thorough understanding of cGMP and its application.

Responsibilities

• Manage production area and ensure production schedules are met.
• Oversee training and maintain training records for manufacturing personnel.
• Monitor adherence to quality standards and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Coordinate with quality and engineering for product failure analysis.
• Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and make necessary improvements.
