Job summary

BLJ(MALAYSIA) Sdn Bhd is seeking a role responsible for QA, testing, and continuous improvement across production, development, market research, after-sales service, and instrument calibration. You will ensure stable batch control, lead development/testing activities, and coordinate external calibration of measuring instruments.

Education in chemistry-related disciplines is required, with engineers needing 5+ years in construction. English and Chinese proficiency are expected for this role.

Qualifications

• College degree or above in chemistry-related disciplines.
• Engineers: 5+ years in construction industry.
• Knowledge of coating testing equipment operation and sample preparation.
• Knowledge of coating formula design (for engineers).
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

This role involves comprehensive responsibility for product quality assurance, testing, and continuous improvement across multiple operational areas including production batch control, product development, market research, customer promotion, after-sales service, and instrument calibration.

Key responsibilities

Stable Control of Product Production Batches

Product Development Application Testing,be responsible for collecting test information in the development stage;

Market Research, be responsible for the investigation, testing and analysis of product information in the assigned market;be responsible for the investigation, testing and analysis of product information in the assigned market.

After-sales Service.Be responsible for the scheme design of product customer complaint issues; Be responsible for the application testing of customer complaint issues.

External Calibration and Maintenance of Measuring Instruments.Be responsible for the annual external calibration of measuring instruments. Be responsible for the maintenance of all measuring instruments and corresponding records.

About you

Education Background / Major: College degree or above, majored in chemistry-related disciplines.

For engineers: no less than 5 years of working experience in the construction industry

Relevant knowledge of coating testing (equipment operation, coating preparation, test sample preparation, result judgment);Relevant knowledge of coating formula design (for engineers only);

Foreign Language Proficiency: English and Chinese.
