Job summary

Holiday Inn Kuala Lumpur Bangsar is seeking a passionate Chef De Partie to join our busy kitchen team. You will take ownership of your station, ensure cleanliness, assist with washing up, and support the team in delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests.

The ideal candidate can lift up to 23 kg, read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and be flexible to work night, weekend and holiday shifts. Experience in hotel kitchens is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or high-volume kitchen preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 23 kg and handle standing duties.
• Strong cleanliness and hygiene awareness.
• Willingness to work night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your station and manage supplies, equipment and waste.
• Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Contribute to delivering memorable dining experiences for guests.
• Support the team as a true collaborator across shifts.
