Job summary

JLL in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Site/Facilities Engineer to assist the Site Lead in delivering services to operate and maintain the property, including technical, maintenance, procurement, and asset management.

You will work with client representatives and suppliers to ensure contracts are met, oversee work orders, and support emergency responses; AutoCAD skills and a civil/engineering background are valued, with on-site duties in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or building operations.
• Understanding of contracts, SLAs and KPI interpretation.
• Ability to coordinate with client representatives and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Apply scope of work and ensure contracts meet client needs.
• Monitor suppliers and service providers for contractual obligations.
• Maintain the site, ensure proper furnishing and stock levels.
• Manage work orders and rectify defects promptly.
• Assist in meetings, events and incident responses.
• Collaborate with facilities team and client representatives.
