Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd seeks a Site Operations support professional in Selangor. You will assist the Site Lead/Engineer in delivering operations, maintenance, procurement, and asset/vendor management across the site.

You will interact with client representatives and suppliers, ensure contracts stay current, and help maintain an efficient Work Order system. Strong communication, problem solving, and leadership qualities are valued for daily site operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage diverse range of service providers and client representatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Capable of handling multiple and complex operational matters daily.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and address complex problems
• Civil engineering or building management background preferred.
• AutoCAD skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Lead/Engineer in delivering operations and maintenance services.
• Familiarize with Scope of Work, SLA and KPIs in Master Agreement.
• Ensure contracts provide necessary supplies and services and are up to date.
• Review supplier performance for contractual compliance.
• Maintain effective Work Order system for issue rectification.
• Support meetings and events at the site; assist during emergencies.
• Provide backup support to superior during absences.
• Liaise with client on-site representatives to improve performance.
• Collaborate with facilities team within the account and broader network.
