Job summary

Daikin Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Shah Alam seeks a BO, Chargeman (Facilities / Health, Safety & Environment) to operate and maintain critical building systems, including HT room, genset, solar, chillers, VRV, and fire protection, while ensuring ISO standards are met.

You will liaise with vendors, coach staff, and contribute to preventive maintenance programs; prior experience in building and utilities maintenance and proficiency with Microsoft Office are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in building and utilities maintenance.
• Proficient with MS Office tools.
• Analytical thinking and good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain HT room, genset, solar system.
• Maintain building utilities: chiller, VRV, fire protection systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Perform other duties as directed by the company.
