Job summary

Daikin Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Shah Alam seeks a BO, Chargeman (Facilities / Health, Safety & Environment) to operate and maintain critical building systems, including HT room, genset, solar, chillers, VRV, and fire protection, while ensuring ISO standards are met.

You will liaise with vendors, coach staff, and contribute to preventive maintenance programs; prior experience in building and utilities maintenance and proficiency with Microsoft Office are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain HT room, genset, solar system.

BO, CHARGEMAN (FACILITIES / HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT) is an executive-level position responsible for operating and maintaining critical building systems and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.

Key responsibilities

Operate and maintain HT room, genset, solar system

Operate and maintain building utilities such as chiller system, VRV system and fire protection system

Liaise with vendors on preventive maintenance activities

Ensure compliance with ISO system

Carry out any other duties as directed by the company
