Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking a Plant Maintenance Lead in Malaysia to oversee the upkeep of building facilities, utilities, and equipment, ensuring smooth factory operations. The role focuses on planning, coordinating maintenance activities, and directing the maintenance team to meet department objectives.

Qualifications include a Diploma/Degree in Engineering or BO 11KV Chargeman certification with at least 5 years in a related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma, Degree or Certificate in Engineering or BO 11KV Chargeman certificate.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• To maintain the building, facilities, utilities, and equipment in the plant so as to ensure the smooth operation of the process in the factory.
• Plan and execute activities to achieve departmental objectives as directed by HOD.
• To prepare equipment, utilities and facilities maintenance, servicing and inspection weekly and, or monthly and yearly schedule and check sheets for the facilities and to follow up with his or her subordinates on the progress of the activities so as to ensure the smooth operation of the system.
