Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minmum 8+ years’ experience in Trade Marketing or Sales.

Responsibilities

• Define overall priority channels and develop channel strategies.
• Develop Channel MBS and Category Channel plans aligned with market strategies.
• Drive profitability and investment levels in channels to grow the business.
• Collaborate with Category teams to drive SRM meeting retailer and consumer needs.
• Recommend actionable channel solutions and initiatives; monitor in-store actions.
• Contribute channel inputs into Integrated Commercial Planning with insights on shopper behavior.
