AOKEMENG SDN. BHD. is expanding its offline channel in Klang Valley and Perak, seeking a Channel Sales Manager to lead wholesalers and distributors, grow B2B accounts, and drive channel profitability.

You will build the offline channel plan, negotiate listings with retailers, manage pricing and receivables, and coach a small outdoor sales team to win new business across Malaysia.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of channel sales, distributor management or key account experience in FMCG, home care or personal care.
• Existing network with distributors, wholesalers or retail chains is a strong advantage.
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Strong negotiation skills and comfortable with numbers (margins, pricing, receivables).
• Own transport and valid driving licence.

AOKEMENG SDN. BHD. is a growing home care company selling laundry detergent and household cleaning products in Malaysia through TikTok Shop and Shopee. We are now building our offline channel and looking for a Channel Sales Manager to lead it.

Key Responsibilities

• Build the offline channel plan for Klang Valley and Perak, then expand to other states
• Appoint and manage wholesalers and distributors, including pricing, credit terms and stock levels
• Win and grow B2B accounts such as self-service laundromats, hotels, homestays and cleaning companies
• Negotiate listings and promotions with supermarket and mini-market chain buyers
• Manage channel pricing, sales targets and receivables, and report monthly sales and profit by channel
• Recruit, coach and lead a small team of outdoor sales executives

Requirements

What We Offer

• Basic salary RM7,000 - RM8,500 per month
• Sales commission based on collected revenue
