Job summary

Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd (F&N) seeks an experienced Channel Planning & Category Management professional in Malaysia. You will lead channel-specific volume plans, collaborate with Brand and Sales teams, and drive shopper programs to achieve KPIs and ROI.

The role requires 7+ years in FMCG category management, strong data analytics, and excellent English communication. Flexible working arrangements are offered to support performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or other relevant fields.
• 7+ years of experience in Category Management and Channel Planning in FMCG.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop all channel-specific volume-building plans through shopper insights.
• Collaborate with Category Development & Brand teams to translate concepts into channel programs.
• Coordinate with Sales teams to activate shopper and customer programs.
• Monitor and analyze monthly and yearly sales for brands in the channel.
• Identify risks and opportunities through category and channel analysis, and plan actions.
• Manage channel trade expenses and ROI to justify investments.
• Prepare and lead Commercial Meetings and monthly reviews with HQ and Sales teams.
• Contribute to annual business planning with clear category & channel strategy.
