Job summary

MISC Group, through MISC Marine, is seeking a Change Management professional for a 2-year contract to support the transformation program. The role involves coordinating change management plans, communications, and training activities across multiple business units.

The incumbent will assist in readiness assessments, tracking milestones, and maintaining project documentation while ensuring stakeholder engagement and smooth user adoption throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, communications or related field.
• Certification in Change Management, Training & Development, Communications, or Project Management is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing the change management strategy and plans.
• Coordinate change management activities across business functions and project workstreams.
• Support training activities including scheduling, logistics, and participant management.
• Prepare change management progress and training dashboards for governance.
• Track readiness activities and identify adoption gaps.
• Support communications campaigns and stakeholder engagement sessions.
