Job summary

Solarvest Holdings Bhd. seeks a Special Officer to support the CEO of the Business & Asset pillar, acting as a trusted aide, project lead, and confidential advisor. The role balances executive support with strategic coordination across the pillar and wider organisation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in executive support or strategy, excellent English, and strong judgment, discretion, and communication skills to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in executive support, management consulting, or strategy.
• Exposure to renewable energy, EPCC, asset management, or infrastructure is desirable.
• Exceptional written and verbal English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project-management abilities.
• High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary liaison between the CEO and teams within the Business & Asset pillar, as well as other group functions and external stakeholders.
• Track and drive progress on the CEO’s strategic priorities and key initiatives, ensuring follow-through and accountability across teams.
• Prepare briefing materials, talking points, papers, and presentations for internal and external engagements.
• Conduct research and analysis on market trends, asset performance, partnerships, and business opportunities to support decision-making.
• Lead or coordinate special projects and cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CEO.
• Attend meetings with or on behalf of the CEO, capture decisions and action items, and ensure timely closure.
• Manage and prioritise the flow of information, correspondence, and requests directed to the CEO.
• Draft and review correspondence, memos, and communications issued from the Office of the CEO, and support governance and reporting.
