Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a managerial role (Beauty, Aesthetic, Retail, or Service Industry preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Sales-driven with experience leading a team to achieve KPIs
- Customer-focused with excellent people management skills
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays when required
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and performance of the beauty centre
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the team to achieve sales and service targets
- Deliver outstanding customer service and handle customer feedback professionally
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, staff attendance, and productivity
- Plan staff schedules, training, and performance reviews
- Ensure SOPs, hygiene, service quality, and operational standards are maintained
- Manage stock inventory, equipment maintenance, and operational costs
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports
- Execute company marketing campaigns and business strategies
- Build a positive, high-performing team culture
