Job summary

Medi Beaute Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Malaysia-based team. This role involves welcoming clients, managing appointments, coordinating with beauticians, and processing payments while maintaining accurate customer records.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage appointments via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
• Coordinate schedules with beauticians.
• Recommend suitable services, packages, and products to clients.
• Handle billing, payments (cash, card, e-wallet), and issue receipts.
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment history.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of reception and waiting area.
• Assist in promoting products and packages, memberships, and ongoing promotions.
• Support daily administrative and operational tasks.
