Job summary

Huckleberry Hospitality Group Sdn Bhd seeks a detail-oriented fresh graduate to join our Central Kitchen store team. You will receive raw materials and packaging, verify quantities against PO/DO, label and store items, and help with issuing stock to departments.

Proficiency in Excel and strong organizational skills are valued. You will enter customer orders into the FMH system, monitor stock movements, perform monthly stock counts, and assist with general administrative tasks in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with diploma or degree in a related field.
• Training provided; no prior work experience required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Detail-oriented and responsible with stock and documentation.
• Able to work in a Central Kitchen environment.
• Willling to learn and handle admin and store duties.

Responsibilities

• Receive raw materials and packaging; verify against PO/DO.
• Label, store, and arrange stock in general store, chiller and freezer.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO when arranging stocks.
• Issuing stocks to departments and monitor stock movement.
• Enter customer orders into the FMH system.
• Monitor stock availability and update records; monthly stock counts.
• Maintain filing of PO, DO, invoices and documents.
• Assist with general administrative work.
