Job summary

Al-Ikhsan Sports Sdn Bhd seeks a CCTV surveillance technician to operate and maintain CCTV systems across outlets in Malaysia. The role involves monitoring live and recorded footage, reporting incidents, and contacting authorities as needed to prevent theft and intrusion.

Responsibilities include daily reporting, troubleshooting at outlets, preventive maintenance inspections, data backup, and preparing CCTV findings for management.

• Monitors activities of assigned Outlets and to ensure compliance and enforcement of company policies.
• Spread awareness and disciplinary culture in Outlet level.
• Do troubleshooting if there is problem related to CCTV at Outlet.
• Inspection of CCTV / alarm equipment during yearly visit for preventive maintenance.
• Attend to Outlet that has CCTV issues.
• Check and detect the factor of CCTV issue.
• Do technical job such as pull and connect cable; put the hardware at the right position.
• Make sure job has been done on time.
• Backup incident data from Outlet / HQ for cases or as instructed by management.
• Prepare a CCTV finding report case and submit to Team Leader for compile
• Burn data in CD / DVD and send the data (CD) to Operation Department.

Job description

Responsible for operating and maintaining surveillance equipment, watching both live and recorded video surveillance footage, reporting incidents or suspicious behavior and contacting the authorities when necessary to prevent intrusion/theft of company properties.

ACCOUNTABILITIES /KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Monitoring

Prepare daily report and submit to Team Leader to compile.

Monitors activities of assigned Outlets and to ensure compliance and enforcement of company policies.

Spread awareness and disciplinary culture in Outlet level.

Do troubleshooting if there is problem related to CCTV at Outlet.

Inspection of CCTV / alarm equipment during yearly visit for preventive maintenance.

Attend to Outlet that has CCTV issues.

Check and detect the factor of CCTV issue.

Do technical job such as pull and connect cable; put the hardware at the right position.

Make sure job has been done on time.

3. Backup Data

Backup incident data from Outlet / HQ for cases or as instructed by management.

Prepare a CCTV finding report case and submit to Team Leader for compile

Burn data in CD / DVD and send the data (CD) to Operation Department.
