Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a CCTV Surveillance Engineer to plan and design CCTV systems for hubs, warehouses, and critical areas. You will conduct site assessments, create layout drawings, and specify equipment in coordination with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires reading technical drawings, understanding IP camera systems, NVRs, and VMS platforms, plus strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication. Willingness to travel to different hubs is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with CCTV systems and surveillance hardware is preferred; open to fresh graduates.
• Ability to read technical drawings and develop surveillance layout plans.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
• Willing to travel to different hubs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design CCTV systems for hubs and warehouses, including site assessments, layouts, and equipment specs.
• Manage end-to-end CCTV installation projects, coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor live CCTV systems, perform preventive checks, troubleshoot, and recommend upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with security SOPs, legal requirements, and maintain documentation.
• Liaise with vendors and stakeholders to maintain service quality and support procurement.
