Job summary

Monee in Malaysia is seeking a Category Manager (ShopeePay Digital Product) to own the P&L and drive growth for the Digital Products category. You will lead a team in Business Development and Partnerships and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Ops to deliver strategic initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in corporate strategy or business development, with strong leadership and analytical skills, and a proven ability to manage partnerships and processes end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in corporate strategy or business development.
• E-commerce, telco, utilities or fintech experience is a plus.
• Proven leadership with team management experience.
• Strong business acumen and commercial savviness.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own Digital Products category P&L, growth and customer experience.
• Define and execute growth strategies for Digital Products.
• Analyze market conditions and competitors to stay competitive.
