Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking team members to greet walk-in customers and dealers, respond to product inquiries, and support order placements. You will guide customers on promotions, memberships, and redemption processes while ensuring accurate transactions.

The role involves setting up product displays, stocking shelves, receiving stock, and maintaining a clean branch. Fresh graduates are welcome and basic computer literacy is required for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy (Excel, POS systems, etc.)
• Flexible, proactive, and able to multitask.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a bonus.

Responsibilities
