Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a Business Development Executive (Direct Selling) to drive regional sales growth, recruit dealers, and implement campaigns. The role involves frequent travel to support centres and build leadership within new business groups.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field, with strong sales drive, agile collaboration, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Marketing/Education
• Experience in indirect-selling or insurance industries is an advantage
• Chinese-speaking ability (Mandarin or other Chinese dialects) is preferred
• Ability to build relationships across generations and diverse personalities
• Strong sales drive, results-oriented, and a team player
• Flexible with time and location of assignments
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills
• Skilled in training and presentations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve regional monthly and annual sales targets, and provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
• Monitor sales performance by centre and dealer, including identifying gaps and implementing action plans.
• Execute company sales campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs effectively within the assigned region.
• Actively recruit new dealers to expand regional network coverage.
• Identify potential leaders and develop strategies to grow new business groups.
• Plan and execute sales and recruitment activities at respective centres/regions.
• Must be willing and able to travel frequently within assigned regions to support centres and conduct field activities.
