Rakanda in Seri Kembangan, Malaysia, is seeking an Assistant Cashier Supervisor to support Cashier Supervisor in running cash counters and staffing efficiently. You will help train cashiers, handle end-of-shift cash reconciliation, and ensure procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Cashier Supervisor in managing a team of cashiers and ensuring adequate staffing to minimize customer waiting time.
• Collect cash from cash registers at the end of the shift and deliver to the cash deposit machine.
• Reconcile cash till during closing and ensure the amount matches the report.
• Assist cashiers with requests such as price checks.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of all cash counters.
• Train all cashiers in performing their duties according to company procedures.
