Job summary

SEN KEE FOOD TRADING SDN. BHD. in Penang is seeking an Outlet Manager for D'Laksa at Aeon Queensbay Mall to lead daily operations and uphold our high standards of service.

You will supervise team performance, manage staffing plans, ensure stock availability and device functionality, submit daily closing reports, handle customer feedback, and align procedures with SOPs while coordinating with the Area Manager.

Responsibilities

• Leads and provides guidance to team members in daily operation.
• Ensure operation runs smoothly which includes manpower required, availability of stock and devices in the outlet are well functioning.
• Ensure daily closing reports are submitted completely.
• Ensure customers are satisfied in terms of food quality and service.
• Get feedback from customers regarding food quality and/or service promptly and effectively.
• Summarize and check stock orders before submission in Order Group in a timely manner.
• Involve in interviewing candidates when required.
• Brief employee handbook and orientation to new staff.
• Check weekly and daily stock & sales and ensure all information updated is correct.
• Arrange weekly schedule and submit to Area Manager according to the deadline.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness & safety.
• Assist in planning and implementing new procedures and to work closely with team members.
• Manage and assume responsibility for all functions of outlets and ensure high standards of operations are consistently adhered to.
• Plans, identifies, communicates, and delegates appropriate responsibilities to team members to ensure smooth flow of operations.
• Provide training and direction to the team members to ensure smooth daily operation.
• Ensure team members adhere to company SOPs.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members in the district by understanding and addressing motivation, needs and concerns.
• Any other ad hoc duties as required by immediate superior and Management.

Outlet Manager (D'Laksa Aeon Queensbay Mall)

-Leads and provides guidance to team members/staffs in daily operation.

-Ensure operation run smoothly which includes manpower required, availability of stock and all devices in the outlet are well functioning.

-Ensure daily closing report were submitted completely.

-Ensure customers are satisfied in terms of food quality and service.

-Get feedback from customers in regards to food quality and / or service promptly and effectively.

-Summarize and check stock order before submit in Order Group in timely manner.

-Involve in interviewing candidates when required.

-Ensure all invoices, sales report, punch card & monthly forms are arranged according to date and supplier.

-Submit attendance and amended schedule to Area Manager every month according to the deadline given.

-Maintain our high standards of cleanliness & safety.

-Assist in the planning and implementation of new procedures and to work closely with team members.

-Manage and assume responsibility for all functions of outlets and ensure that high standards of operations are consistently adhered to.

-Plans, identifies, communicates, and delegates appropriate responsibilities and practices to team members to ensure smooth flow of operations.

-Provides training and direction to the team members to ensure a smooth daily operation.

-Ensures team members adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

-Develops and maintains positive relationships with team members in the district by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns.
