This role involves handling and processing customer payments for vehicle servicing, spare parts, body & paint, accessories, insurance, and other dealership transactions. You will accept payments via cash, credit/debit card, bank transfer, QR payment, cheque, or other approved payment methods, and issue official receipts, invoices, and payment acknowledgements.

Key responsibilities

Handle and process customer payments for vehicle servicing, spare parts, body & paint, accessories, insurance, and other dealership transactions

Accept payments via cash, credit/debit card, bank transfer, QR payment, cheque, or other approved payment methods

Issue official receipts, invoices, payment acknowledgements, and related documents accurately

Verify payment amounts against invoices, repair orders, job sheets, or other supporting documents before completing transactions

Perform daily cash counting and cashier reconciliation to ensure collections match system records

Prepare daily collection reports, cash summaries, and payment records for submission to the Finance/Accounts Department

Ensure all cash, receipts, credit card slips, and supporting documents are properly recorded, filed, and secured

Follow up and verify online transfers or outstanding payments before vehicle collection/release

Coordinate with Service Advisors, Spare Parts, Body & Paint, Sales, and Accounts/Finance regarding customer billing and payment matters

Assist customers with enquiries regarding invoices, payment methods, receipts, and payment balances

About you

Maintain accurate records of refunds, deposits, advance payments, cancellations, and payment adjustments, subject to management approval

Assist in preparing and submitting cash/bank deposits according to company procedures

Ensure all cashier transactions comply with the company's SOP, internal controls, and audit requirements

Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of customer and financial information
