Job summary

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts.
• Willingness to learn and ability to follow instructions.
• Able to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills, including interaction with overseas stakeholders.
• Exposure to ERP systems is an advantage; Oracle E‑Business Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily checks to ensure AR and AP transactions are matched with bank statement transactions.
• Prepare weekly summaries of unreconciled items and coordinate with Finance teams to ensure timely posting before month-end close.
• Prepare and post bank reconciliation entries and perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare recurring and one-time journal entries as part of the monthly close.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by Corporate Finance.
