Job summary

Mr Bagus Malaysia is seeking a skilled Carpentry Site Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of carpentry experience and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.

You will oversee carpentry projects, ensure quality standards, and lead a team of carpenters on site. Responsibilities include site measurements, discussing drawings with designers and production managers, performing site visits, compiling weekly reports, and coordinating subcontractors

Qualifications

1-3 years of carpentry experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and quality standards.
Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Conduct site measurements.
Discuss drawings with interior designer and production manager (knowledge of cabinetry/plywood required).
Conduct site visits to ensure installation is in good place.
Compile weekly progress reports and related documentation.
Monitor subcontractors’ on-site works, sequences, methods, and quality control.
Coordinate and manage changes to keep projects on schedule and resolve site issues with management, consultants, and subcontractors.
