Job summary

ATRI Medical Group (M) SDN BHD in Sungai Petani, Kedah seeks a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to support elderly or disabled clients at home. You will assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, meal prep, and medication reminders, ensuring safety and dignity.

You will coordinate with families and healthcare teams, monitor health, report changes, and help with light housekeeping and transport to appointments.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Help clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene tasks.
• Mobility & Transfers: Support walking, moving between beds and chairs, and using mobility aids.
• Medication Management: Remind clients to take medications or administer prescribed doses safely.
• Meal Preparation: Cook nutritious meals, accommodate dietary restrictions, and assist with eating.
• Housekeeping & Errands: Do light cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, and transport clients to medical appointments.
• Companionship: Offer emotional support, engage in conversation, and join social or recreational activities.
• Health Monitoring: Track vital signs, observe physical or behavioral changes, and report updates to family members or healthcare teams.
