Job summary

Affin Bank Berhad is seeking a Manager of Integration Management in Kuala Lumpur to lead Core Card System changes and related system integration initiatives. You will oversee project costing, scopes, resources, timelines, and vendor coordination, ensuring quality, risk and regulatory adherence throughout deliveries.

You will liaise with multiple teams to document requirements, coordinate testing, and monitor post-implementation outcomes, including dashboards for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, system integration, or card systems within financial services.
• Strong understanding of card systems, payment platforms, and related technologies.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and QA processes.
• Strong analytical skills for cost-benefit and ROI analysis.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in card and payment industry (e.g., PCI DSS).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Experience in preparing executive dashboards and reporting to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Core Card System changes and related projects with cross-team collaboration.
• Oversee project costing, expenditures, scope, resources, milestones, and timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors on quotes, invoices, payments, and agreements.
• Perform cost-benefit and ROI analyses for card business requests.
• Ensure requirements are defined, documented, and tested before implementation.
• Maintain regulatory and quality standards across deployments.
• Prepare executive dashboards and post-implementation reviews.
• Ensure timely issue resolution during and after go-live.
