Job summary

AFFIN Bank Berhad is seeking a Product Manager for card products to manage premium and mass segments. You will support development, launch, and optimization of card offerings, coordinate campaigns, and ensure regulatory compliance across channels.

Responsibilities include end-to-end product lifecycle, partnerships, and market analyses to drive customer acquisition and program effectiveness. Collaboration with sales and marketing is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years working experience in product management, cards business, retail banking, financial services, or related fields.
• Experience in credit card product development, marketing campaigns, or customer acquisition will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with payments industry trends, card schemes (Visa/Mastercard/Amex), and digital channels is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage selected cards product assigned - premium/mass affluent/mass card.
• Assist the product team in developing new card products and revitalizing current value propositions.
• Prepare approval papers and manage marketing programs/campaigns for credit card products and partnerships.
• Coordinate end-to-end product development from pre-launch to post-launch, including marketing activities and events.
• Liaise with partners and comply with regulatory requirements related to Cards Product.
• Drive acquisition campaigns and work with sales to meet targets.
• Review marketing materials and update SOPs as required.
• Ensure compliance with BNM, card schemes and the Bank’s guidelines.
• Keep product information and collaterals accurate across channels.
• Contribute to communication materials with strong deck-writing and presentation skills.
• Conduct competitors’ analysis to keep abreast of market trends.
