Job summary

Aset Kayamas Development Sdn Bhd is seeking a Maintenance/Technician for a shopping mall to respond to and resolve electrical breakdowns quickly, ensuring minimal downtime. You will conduct routine testing and inspections of electrical installations, maintain records, prepare detailed inspection reports, and lead enhancement projects to improve reliability.

The role requires 3–5 years in electrical or manufacturing sectors, PW1/PW2/PW3/PW4 certificates, and willingness to work at Genting

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any related field.
• Possess PW1, PW2, PW3 or PW4 Certificate as issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST).
• Have 3 - 5 years of experience in the electrical or manufacturing industry.
• Knowledgeable in single-phase or three-phase wiring.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and priorities tasks efficiently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advantage experience in shopping mall.
• Willing to work at Genting Highland.

Prepare and submit detailed reports on electrical inspections, including compliance checks, findings, and any corrective actions taken.

Good analytical skills in troubleshooting, locating, and repairing faults in electrical wiring systems with a variety of testing devices.

Ensure that electrical wiring is secure, properly insulated, and complies with safety regulations.

Propose and lead enhancement projects to reduce downtime and improve quality.

Perform ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:
