Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Loans and basic Finance principles.
• Experience in Financial Services, especially consumer or automotive financing.
• Proven Customer Service skills with fast, friendly, professional support.
• Background in Sales, including achieving targets and handling inquiries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle documentation and credit information.
• Ability to work on-site in Johor Baharu with showroom/banking teams.
• Diploma or degree in Business/Finance/Banking or related field is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through Proton hire purchase loan options and explain financing terms.
