Job summary

PROTON Capital Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Senior Executive/Executive, Customer Service to manage omni-channel consultations and oversee hire-purchase processing.

The role requires coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth customer journeys from inquiry to settlement. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or higher in finance/economics/management and bring 2+ years in auto finance customer service, with strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills and proficient MS

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in finance, economics, management or related majors.
• At least 3 years of operation and management experience in the financial industry, and at least 2 years in customer service in Malaysia auto finance or hire-purchase business.

Responsibilities

• Omni-channel customer consultation and service acceptance using telephone, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
• Hire-purchase business processing and customer support through the full process.
• Document and data management, including verification, archiving, and handling early settlement procedures.
• Complaint management and dispute resolution, with escalation support.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, Operation Approval and Asset Management to resolve issues and optimize processes.
• Data statistics and reporting on customer service metrics (e.g., satisfaction, complaints).
