OE Auto Malaysia Capital Sdn. Bhd. is hiring a Credit Approver in Subang Jaya to review car loan and hire purchase applications and assess repayment ability.

The role requires checking customer documents, evaluating credit risk, and preparing assessment comments with approval recommendations, while ensuring policy compliance. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is expected; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in credit approval, loan processing, or automotive finance.
• Familiar with car loan / hire purchase application process.
• Able to review financial documents and assess repayment ability.
• Strong attention to detail and risk awareness.
• Able to communicate with clients in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Responsible, careful, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess car loan / hire purchase applications.
• Check customer documents (IC, income proof, bank statement, credit report, etc.).
• Evaluate customer repayment ability and overall credit risk.
• Prepare credit assessment comments and provide approval recommendations.
• Follow up with sales team or customers when clarification is needed.
• Ensure applications comply with credit policy and approval procedures.
• Support management in improving credit approval process and risk control.
