Job summary

ACCORD INNOVATIONS SDN. BHD. is seeking a Purchasing Executive to manage vendor tasks, set up new parts, create and adjust purchase orders, and monitor costs and ETAs.

You will liaise with vendors to check order status and coordinate with the Supply Chain Program Manager to stay aligned with need-by dates. You will escalate issues to management promptly. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related fields (or equivalent experience).
• Fluent oral and written English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• At least two years' work experience in the field of procurement.
• Knowledge and skills required to work cooperatively with others and towards achieving desired results.
• Knowledge and skills required to discover and meet customer needs and foster business relationships with internal and external customers.
• Ability to initiate new ideas and concepts to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Strong coordination and organization ability for solving problems on business and among team members.
• Patience and detail-orientation.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure.
