Job summary

NTT DATA in Malaysia is seeking an entry-level Assistant Client Support Officer, Customer Service (Cantonese-speaking). You will support the service desk, coordinate requests, and maintain records to enable efficient incident resolution and service delivery.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates fluent in Cantonese with strong English communication skills and a client-focused mindset, able to work in a 24/7 shift roster in an on-site team in Cyberjaya.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; IT/Computer Science/Engineering background is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Fluency in Cantonese to support Hong Kong-based clients.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift structure based on a defined roster.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical administrative support to the Managed Services Client Service Desk team.
• Performs entry level technical administrative tasks as required by the team.
• Receives, validates, and logs client requests, capturing details of the request.
• Ensures correct escalation procedures are followed for critical calls and requests.
• Keeps clients updated on progress toward resolution of tickets/requests.
• Maintains all documents related to tickets/requests, including client information.
• Communicates professionally and keeps clients informed of actions being undertaken.
