Job summary

LJ Global Horizon is seeking a Service Advisor – Cantonese to support customers on orders, deliveries, payments, and product information. The role requires strong communication and a service mindset.

You will troubleshoot technical issues across devices, provide multi-channel support (phone, chat and more), aim for first-contact resolution, and keep precise records in internal systems while meeting KPIs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 6 months in customer support is preferred.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for orders, deliveries, payments, and product information.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure high-quality customer experience across channels.
