Job summary

Valiram in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition professional to own the candidate journey from sourcing to offer, ensuring a fast, high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

The role involves partnering with hiring managers, screening and assessing candidates, and driving engagement and conversion across the recruitment cycle while maintaining accurate data in the ATS. Experience in fast-paced environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR.
• Strong experience in candidate engagement and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the candidate management process from sourcing handover through assessment, interviews, selection and offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, align on candidate profiles and provide talent insights.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews and assessments to evaluate experience, capability, motivation and fit.
• Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment journey with timely communication.
• Track recruitment metrics and drive improvements in conversion and time-to-offer.
