Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Talent Acquisition, Business or analytics-related fields.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Campus Recruitment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI or analytics knowledge a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and participate in campus recruitment activities and career fairs.
• Build relationships with universities, colleges and student organizations to establish talent pipelines.
• Develop strategic university partnerships, including MOUs and collaboration initiatives.
• Manage internship and fresh graduate recruitment programs, including sourcing and placement.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires.
• Analyze recruitment data to support workforce planning and decisions.
• Drive process improvements through digitalization and automation.
• Prepare annual campus recruitment plans and budgets.
• Support employer branding initiatives.
