Job summary

foodpanda Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Corporate Office) is seeking an Associate, Campaigns Operations for a 6-month contract. The role involves coordinating with Marketing, Commercial, Creative, CRM, Product and Operations to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule.

The successful candidate will manage campaign timelines, assist with creative briefs, and ensure QA checks before launches, while tracking performance and supporting continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, campaign operations, project coordination or similar roles.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM, digital marketing platforms or project management tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Planning & Coordination: Support end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns by coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Creative & Content Operations: Coordinate production and deployment of marketing assets across touchpoints; review assets for brand consistency and readiness.
• Campaign Setup & Quality Assurance: Prepare configurations, audience targeting, landing pages and promotions; perform QA before launch.
• Campaign Performance & Reporting: Maintain trackers, prepare post-campaign reports and monitor competitor activities; support improvements to processes.
