Job summary

foodpanda Malaysia, part of Delivery Hero, is hiring an Associate, Campaigns Operations on a 6-month contract to support marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Creative, CRM, Product and Operations to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.

The role suits a detail-oriented professional with 1–3 years in marketing or campaign operations, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, campaign operations, project coordination or similar roles.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM, digital marketing platforms or project management tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns by coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Coordinate production and deployment of marketing assets across in-app banners, CRM, social media and promotions.
• Prepare campaign configurations, audience targeting, landing pages and promotional setups.
• Maintain campaign trackers and post-campaign performance reports.
