Job summary

foodpanda Malaysia is seeking an Associate, Campaigns Operations to support end-to-end marketing campaign execution. You will coordinate with Marketing, Commercial, Creative, CRM, Product and Operations to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of campaigns across multiple channels.

The role requires 1–3 years of marketing or campaign operations experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, campaign operations, project coordination or similar roles.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM, digital marketing platforms or project management tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal and external partners.
• Coordinate production of marketing assets across in-app banners, CRM, social media and promotional materials.
• Prepare campaign configurations, audience targeting, landing pages and promotional setups; conduct QA before launch.
• Maintain campaign trackers, prepare post-campaign performance reports, and monitor competitor marketing activities.
