Job summary

Astro Malaysia is seeking a proactive Sales Support Administrator to provide exceptional implementation and administrative support to nominated Sales Executives and Sales Managers. You will help ensure high client satisfaction by responding promptly to questions and coordinating with internal teams to deliver campaigns, reports, and activation activities.

Strong MS Office skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a background in media sales are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in customer service within media sales.
• 1–2 years radio, online, interactive implementation experience is desirable.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional implementation and administrative support to nominated Sales Executives and Sales Managers.
• Ensure high client satisfaction with prompt, professional responses.
• Maintain and enhance knowledge of TV, radio, digital advertising products and related services.
• Support and share responsibility with Sales Executives & Managers for client servicing.
• Execute all elements of sold campaigns with internal departments.
• Coordinate promotions and activation with internal resources to ensure delivery.
• Manage internal processes and critical paths.
• Oversee production of commercials, credits, live reads, online ads, sponsorships and integration solutions.
• Liaise with clients and agencies as required.
• Provide campaign progress updates and post-campaign reporting to clients.
