Job summary

Chanson Camellia Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur invites applications for a Bakery Assistant to join our busy production team.

You will prepare and bake a variety of breads, follow recipes and SOPs, maintain high quality, and ensure cleanliness and food safety.

Mandarin communication with teammates is preferred; fresh candidates with relevant skills are welcome and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin for coordinating with colleagues.
• Experience in baking is an advantage; fresh candidates welcome.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, hardworking.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce a variety of breads following recipes and SOPs.
• Handle the complete bread-making process, including kneading, shaping, filling, baking, and decorating.
• Maintain consistent product quality and presentation.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are met.
• Assist with ingredient preparation and stock management.
• Work closely with the production team to meet daily production targets.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
