Job summary

Chanson Camellia Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is offering an internship opportunity in its bakery department in Kuala Lumpur.

The role targets candidates pursuing or recently completing a Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts, Baking, Pastry, or related fields, with Mandarin communication to coordinate with colleagues. You will assist in daily production, learn bread-making processes, support quality control, and help maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts, Baking, Pastry, or a related field.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin to coordinate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues.
• Passionate about baking and eager to learn.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily preparation and production of bakery products.
• Learn the complete bread-making process, including kneading, shaping, filling, baking, and decorating.
• Support quality control to ensure products meet company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to food safety standards.
• Assist with ingredient preparation and stock organization.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
