Job summary

Secret Recipe Cakes and Café Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive supervisor to support daily restaurant operations in Kuala Lumpur. You will guide service crew, monitor performance and ensure service standards while maintaining food safety and SOP compliance.

This role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays. Training and onboarding support will be provided to grow within F&B management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor/Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Supervise and guide Service Crew to ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance and daily work assignments.
• Ensure food quality, service standards and SOPs are followed.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor cashier operations and ensure accurate handling of payments.
• Assist in stock checking, inventory control and stock replenishment.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Support the team during peak hours and ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist with staff training and onboarding of new employees.
• Prepare or assist with daily sales, stock and operational reports.
• Ensure the outlet is properly maintained and ready for daily operations.
• Take charge of the outlet in the absence of the Supervisor/Manager when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Management.
