Job summary

Shu Yi Tea (MV) Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an enthusiastic cafe teammate. No experience required; full training will be provided and you will learn company SOPs while delivering warm, friendly service.

You will take orders, handle cash and POS, maintain a clean beverage station, and work closely with the team during peak hours. If you are punctual, reliable, and eager to grow in the F&B industry, this role offers a supportive environment and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages according to company recipes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Operate the cashier/Point of Sale (POS) system and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage station, equipment, and store.
• Prepare ingredients and ensure sufficient stock for daily operations.
• Check ingredient quality, expiry dates, and proper storage.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and Halal requirements.
• Replenish stock and assist with stock counting when required.
• Work closely with team members during busy periods.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
