Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking entry-level F&B staff in Malaysia to join a fast-paced team. Training will be provided, and employees should be ready to work shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Strong communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is required to ensure excellent customer service. The role focuses on beverage preparation, order handling, and maintaining a clean, orderly shop environment while adhering to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Minimum education level: Secondary/SPM/ O-Level.
• No experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin is mandatory.
• Able to work shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays (6 days/week, 7.5 hours/day).
• Cooperative and helpful with other team members.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, hardworking, and passionate about the F&B industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding and enthusiastic customer service at all times.
• Prepare beverages and necessary ingredients according to company standard, handle customer orders and payment.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of shop.
• Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
• Follow standard operational procedures and guidelines at each station.
